After some much needed time catching up with friends and family back home during the holidays, we decided to continue our adventure to South America! Peru was our first stop on what is going to be a 5 week trip escaping the cold.

Our daily running route would reward us with this beautiful view of Lima

Lima is famous for their food. We tried lots of traditional dishes like Pisco Sour, Lomo & Risotto Saltado, Ceviche, and Picarones.

As you might have guessed or been able to tell, we did in fact leave the van and our Nova girl back in Ontario. We miss them both so much!
